This Postnatal Workshop is a 3 part course, each day consisting of 3 hours sessions over 3 consecutive weeks.
The workshop will give you an opportunity to connect with other new parents & their bubs while the Empowering Births Teams share knowledge & support on helping you & your baby enter your 4th Trimester.
By the end of the 3rd session you will have the knowledge to perform a whole body massage for your baby.
Both parents are welcome on any of these pregnancy care workshops sessions.

This workshop consists of sessions including a 30 min Pregnancy Yoga taster, knowledge on how to prepare for your desired birth, tools that can be used in labour, thoughts & fears, how essential oils can support you through pregnancy & labour and so much more........
