Your Desired Birth Workshop
This day workshop consists of sessions including a 30 min Pregnancy Yoga taster, knowledge on how to prepare for your desired birth, tools that can be used in labour, thoughts & fears, how essential oils can support you through pregnancy & labour & so much more........

Strong Bonds Workshop
This 3 part workshop supports learning the skills for a happy healthy first year. Sessions over 3 consecutive weeks & includes a 45 min baby massage session each week, helping to build STRONG BONDS between you & your bubs. Chats & discussion with great opportunities to pick up great hacks & tips from certified birthing & postnatal doulas & local naturopath. Topics covered include sleeping, feeding & development.
