 Originally from the UK I moved to Australia In 2012 ..... I fell in LOVE with the beautiful country, the people & the relaxed alternative lifestyle. I knew this was the place my HEART was going to call HOME. 

  My adventure in alternative health started back in 2007 when I qualified as a Swedish Massage Therapist. Upon arrival in Sydney, I continued my journey working at a yoga retreat and studio.  

Over the years I have focused my energies on areas that claimed my spirit & completed my diploma in pregnancy massage & graduated from the Australian Doula College, as a certified Birthing & Postnatal Doula.

I feel incredibly honoured to have already helped empower women over the world in their transition into motherhood. This has only encouraged me to continue to expand my knowledge & become a Hypnobirthing Australia™ practitioner.

I live by my business moto of ‘Your body, your choices, your birth’& strive to make all birthing women & their families feel heard & supported in their choices.

After joining the world of motherhood myself in 2019 I have fallen in love with my job all over again.
