Cat is a beautiful person and a passionate experienced Doula. We met Cat at a baby expo and instantly connected with her calming energy, as well as I was comforted by her wealth of knowledge. That's when I realized that I needed her by my side through my first child birth. Not only she knows a lot, but she is willing to share her knowledge to support a mother/couple in anyway she can. She's emphatic, genuinely caring, she adjusts to your needs.

Cat stayed with me through labour at home and birth at the hospital. She helped me to stop panicking and relax, so that I had a great progress as well as managed to micro-nap between contractions which would never be possible without her guidance. I appreciated that Cat could take control when needed without overpowering. 

At hospital Cat was amazing and took note of everything that was happening so we could reflect on the birth later on. 

I'm so glad I met Cat and can not recommend her enough.

My husband and I met Cat at a baby expo early 2020. It was a divine appointment and we were meant to meet her!
 

2020 brought with it much uncertainty due to COVID etc and I was extremely anxious about my birth (fear of the unknown). My parents were also abroad and unable to return for the birth of our first child. Cat was a pillar of strength for my husband and I. She walked us through every stage of our pregnancy. We had debriefs after most scans and at one in particular, where our baby measured concerningly small. She reassured us and broke down usual protocol. All with love! She really has a beautiful way about her.
 

At 37 weeks, we were induced. I was again, anxious. Cat supported me each day leading up to the induction, we went through our birth plan meticulously and she held my hand (as well as supported my husband as my induction process was emotionally taxing on us both) throughout the entire process - from the moment they inserted the IV drip, through every contraction, every bit of pain, you name it, she was there until our gorgeous girl was earth side.
 

It didn’t stop there. She visited us in hospital and brought us gifts and lactation treats. We were not let go for 2 weeks as our baby had jaundice, and Cat continued to visit us and support us. Let’s just say, Cat was like a sister to me! I could not have done this without her. She’s stayed a close friend of mine.
 

With Cat, nothing is every done half measure. She debriefed us after our birth. I found talking through the details a healing process for me. She was so patient and answered all my questions so that I could have closure.
 

I’d highly recommend Cat’s doula services to anyone going through a birth. She was a sounding board and cheerleader. I am forever grateful.
