Hypnobirthing is the natural approach to childbirth!
The ‘hypno’ part of ‘hypnobirthing’ refers to the self hypnosis that we use during the program to release fears and condition ourselves to relax; helping our body to release endorphins at peak moments of birth. Studies show that women who have calm, natural births with minimal intervention experience better recovery and higher breast feeding rates.
In your Hypnobirthing Australia™️ classes you are given basic birth education an understanding of how the birthing muscles work in perfect harmony, as they were designed to. You and your birthing partner are taught to use a combination of techniques that include breathing, visualization, positive thinking and words to relax the body and the mind.
